This course is designed for first responders and will focus on practical techniques to identify, manage, and mitigate stress related to their high-pressured jobs. It will include education on the neurobiology of stress, recognizing the early warning signs of stress and how to identify when additional help is needed. Stress management skills and positive coping mechanisms will be discussed. Opportunities for personal reflection and awareness will also be provided.
